THE SOCKS
What sizes do the socks come in?
Our crew socks come in a one size fits all and fit up to a size 12 Male USA. They are designed to comfortably stretch to fit most feet - even those with feet on the smaller side report loving the fit of our one-size socks.
What are your socks made of?
We have two styles of our premium socks: Combed Cotton and Recycled Polyester. Both are made on 200-needle machines. The cotton socks are available for bulk custom orders only and are composed of 75% Cotton, 22% Nylon & 3% Elastane. We use Recycled Poly socks for all individual orders. These super soft (and super sustainable) socks are 58% Recycled Polyester, 22% Nylon, 15% Cotton, and 5% Elastane. For more info on our recycled socks, click here.
How do you print your socks?
We developed an innovative sock printing technology that allows us to print directly onto our socks. We do not dye sublimate our socks. Sublimation, which is common in all-over printing shops but feels cheap, results in ugly lines down the side of the sock. Instead, our printing technology penetrates deep into our premium socks. This means that the image stays intact - no matter how much they are stretched.
Where are your socks made?
We make our socks both in the USA and in China. We work very closely with our manufacturers and they are regularly inspected by several respected agencies to ensure the highest ethical and environmental standards. You can learn more here.
How do I wash the socks?
First thing’s first: flip the socks inside out and use a giant safety pin to pin them together. We here at Tribe Socks are very familiar with those Washing Machine Sock Monsters that like to munch on JUST ONE sock, so keep those fellas together if you can. Then drop ‘em in a washing machine on cold. Once they're clean, hang them up to dry. Being sure to air-dry will keep your socks in looking and feeling their best for a long time to come.
ORDERS
How much is shipping?
We ship using USPS First Class mail and shipping ranges depending on where the socks are going. You can get an exact shipping quote in the checkout screen after you enter your shipping address.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country is included in the drop-down menu when you input your address, then we can ship to you! We try our best to ship to as many countries as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
In short: maybe. We're happy to cancel your order – just as long as it hasn’t been sent to the print queue yet! We make each pair just for you, so once they're made they cannot be re-sold. Please send us an email so we can help you out.
How do I change my shipping address or make changes to my order?
As long as your order hasn't been added to the print queue, we can still make changes! Just drop us a line at help@tribesocks.com and we'll get you fixed up.
For international orders, are VAT and other duty fees included in the price?
Customs and VAT fees vary by country and cannot be included in the price. If your country requires, you may be required to pay VAT or other fees upon delivery.
Is Tribe Socks secure?
You bet! Our site is encrypted, we have a verified SSL certificate, and do not store any sensitive billing information on our Shopify powered servers. All billing information is handle by our PCI Level 1 (the highest) compliant credit card processor Stripe Payments. No one at our company can even see your credit card numbers – that’s how secure it is!
When will I get my socks?
All of our socks are made to order and ship generally 7 to 10 days after your purchase. Once they ship, they take 3-5 days to arrive to US locations and 1-3 weeks internationally.
I don’t like my socks or there is something wrong with them

I want to start my own campaign

Yeah, okay. But how do campaigns work?
Right. Sorry. We get a little excited about new socks. Just fill out this form using as much detail as possible and someone on our team will be in touch. Be sure to include any info you’d want included on your campaign page, such as possible sock titles and links to your social media. If we think the campaign is a good fit, our artists will create a custom sock design just for you. Then once you approve our mockup, we’re good to launch! Campaigns run for about 14 days, during which time you must sell at least 15 pairs in order for the socks to be made.
How can I make sure I have a successful campaign?
We’re glad you asked. The most successful campaigns have 2 things in common: prep work and a killer social network. So before you launch your campaign, do your homework. Decide when the best time is for a launch (you’ll need to have time to devote to pushing your socks). Choose the best photos for your socks (high-res, please). And make lists of contacts who might be interested. And let your social network work for you! Push your socks on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and whatever else the kids are using these days.
