What sizes do the socks come in?

Our crew socks come in a one size fits all and fit up to a size 12 Male USA. They are designed to comfortably stretch to fit most feet - even those with feet on the smaller side report loving the fit of our one-size socks. 

What are your socks made of?

We have two styles of our premium socks: Combed cotton and Spun Polyester. Both are made on 200-needle machines. The cotton socks are 75% Cotton, 22% Nylon & 3% Elastane. The poly socks are 75% Polyester, 22% Nylon, and 3% Elastane.  You can learn more about how we make our socks here!

How do you print your socks?

We developed an innovative sock printing technology that allows us to print directly onto our socks. We do not dye sublimate our socks, which is common in all over printing shops but feels cheap, has ugly lines down the side of the sock, and requires Polyester. Instead, our printing technology penetrates deep into the sock so no matter how much they are stretched, the image stays intact and feels softer than cotton. 

Where are your socks made?

Our premium socks are made in China. We work very closely with our manufacturer and they are regularly inspected by several respected agencies to ensure the highest ethical and environmental standards. You can learn more here.

How do I wash the socks?

First thing’s first: flip the socks inside out and use a giant safety pin to pin them together. We here at Tribe Socks are very familiar with those washer/dryer sock monsters that like to munch on JUST ONE sock, so keep those fellas together. Then drop ‘em in a washing machine on cold. We recommend air drying them, but they can be put in the dryer (still inside-out) on low heat.


How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate or $2.70 for most US orders and $5.65 for most international orders of 1-2 pairs. Additional pairs may incur higher shipping charges due to added weight. Total shipping is automatically added on once you input your address.

Do you ship to my country?

While we wish we could send socks anywhere in the world, we aren't quite there yet. If your country is included in the drop-down menu when you input your address, then we can ship to you! 

Can I cancel my order?

I mean, if you have to… Yes, of course we can cancel your order – just as long as it hasn’t been printed yet! We make each pair just for you, so once they're made they cannot be re-sold. Please send us an email so we can help you out.

How do I change my shipping address or make changes to my order?

As long as they haven't been shipped, we can still make changes! Just drop us a line at help@tribesocks.com and we'll get you fixed up.

For international orders, are VAT and other duty fees included in the price?

Customs and VAT fees vary by country and cannot be included in the price. If your country requires, you may be required to pay VAT or other fees upon delivery. 

Is Tribe Socks secure?

You bet! Our site is encrypted, we have a verified SSL certificate, and do not store any sensitive billing information on our Shopify powered servers. All billing information is handle by our PCI Level 1 (the highest) compliant credit card processor Stripe Payments. No one at our company can even see your credit card numbers – that’s how secure it is!

When will I get my socks?

If a campaign is successful, we send the artwork over for printing. All of our socks are printed individually, so this part takes some time. Usually it’s 3-4 weeks from the time a campaign ends to when the socks ship out.

We ship our socks using the United States Postal Service, offering you a tracking number to follow your socks as they make their way to your feet. From the day we ship to the day you wear them it can take anywhere from 1-4 business days within the US,  1-3 weeks for those overseas.

I don’t like my socks or there is something wrong with them

I want to start my own campaign

Yeah, okay. But how do campaigns work?

Right. Sorry. We get a little excited about new socks. Just fill out this form using as much detail as possible and someone on our team will be in touch. Be sure to include any info you’d want included on your campaign page, such as possible sock titles and links to your social media. If we think the campaign is a good fit, our artists will create a custom sock design just for you. Then once you approve our mockup, we’re good to launch! Campaigns run for 7-14 days, during which time you must sell at least 15 pairs in order for the socks to be made.

What happens if I don’t sell at least 15 pairs?

Nothing! If anyone did contribute, they will automatically be refunded. There is no cost or risk for you - just the opportunity to make some money if the campaign funds.

How can I make sure I have a successful campaign?

We’re glad you asked. The most successful campaigns have 2 things in common: prep work and a killer social network. So before you launch your campaign, do your homework. Decide when the best time is for a launch (you’ll need to have time to devote to pushing your socks). Choose the best photos for your socks (high-res, please). And make lists of contacts who might be interested. And let your social network work for you! Push your socks on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and whatever else the kids are using these days.
