Designer @ Tribe Socks

We are looking to hire a designer to join Tribe Socks full time. As a designer, you will be working with account executives as well as directly with clients, creating stunning sock designs to be produced with our revolutionary technology. 

The ideal candidate will be

- extremely organized and attentive to detail

- experienced in working under time constraints to deliver high quality work that is both creative and adheres by the client's brand guidelines/ design vision constraints.

- able to work with our account executives to take client feedback and turn it into designs that will realize our clients vision.

- able to understand our whole sock production process with its idiosyncrasies and details. 

- able to work in teams as well as autonomously

Qualifications:

- 4 year degree in graphic design or related field (fashion design, advertising, creative direction) or demonstrable work experience in the field.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)

-  Experience in photography and 3D rendering software will be a plus

 

 

- Organization and project management ability under tight deadlines, while keeping a great eye for design
- Driven, motivated, self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity
- Resourceful and scrappy
- Team player, willing to get your hands dirty, but able to work on his/her own
- Experience navigating large organizational charts to find the appropriate contact
- Relatable and people oriented
- Able to multitask on multiple projects with a sharp attention to detail
- 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
